Journey From Business to Law
Our founding attorney, Terrence C. McAndrews, was formerly a successful small-business owner in Howard County. He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. After beginning his legal career as a Legal Assistant in the Litigation Department of Weinberg and Green, he became an associate trial attorney with Mason, Ketterman and Morgan in Baltimore.
He eventually formed our firm. Today, we primarily help clients with civil litigation matters, criminal defense and business law issues. While large firms often pass off cases to inexperienced associates and paralegals, our clients work directly with attorney McAndrews, who has 19 years of civil litigation experience.

A good lawyer is equally comfortable in the courtroom and at the negotiation table. Attorney McAndrews has extensive mediation and arbitration experience. However, he is not afraid to take cases to trial. In fact, he has tried cases in Circuit Courts, District Courts and Federal Courts throughout Maryland.
